CONGRATULATIONS: Lois competed in the NPAA May 2015 in her first fitness competition.
After New Years of this year I was feeling very frustrated with me. I had really over done it food wise since the beginning of December. My husband had surprised me with a trip to Mexico at the beginning of January. I felt like an Oompa Loompa on the beach. While I was there I got a message from my best friend that she had hired a trainer and to check out her website. I did and was so impressed! I had always wanted to do a figure competition and had no idea how to go about it. Looking at Lisa's website I knew she was my answer!! I met Lisa the day after I got home. I hired Lisa to train me and she created a nutritional plan specifically for me! Each week I would send her my measurements and weight and she would tweak things to further my progress! Sixteen weeks later my dream was realized! I stepped onto the NPAA stage for the first time!!
